This page explains what data Dr. Sarah’s Children’s Clinic website collects and how we use it.

Booking and consultation requests

When you send a booking or a bridal consultation request we keep your name, phone number, the services, specialist, day and time you chose, and any message you write. We use them only to confirm your appointment and remind you of it, and delete them twelve months after your last visit.

Gift cards

We keep the amount, the recipient’s name, your name, the message and the delivery method, with your phone number and email if you give it, to send you the payment link and then the card. We never store card details; payment is handled by a secure payment provider.

Accounts

If you create an account we keep your name, email and password (encrypted) so you can follow your requests. You can edit your details or ask us to delete your account at any time.

Cookies and browser storage

We use only the cookies needed for signing in and for protecting forms. The services you add to your booking are kept in your browser on your device and do not reach us until you send the request.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or for its deletion, from the contact page, and we reply within thirty days.
